Setting in Motion generates an experimental, performative moment in the exhibition spaces of Villa Mariani. Simone Holliger invites dancer and choreographer Adriana Borriello to interact with the shapes, figures and ideas of her sculptural practice. Movement is juxtaposed with stillness, robustness and vulnerability meet. The proposed open ensemble creates an intimate as well as collective experience of the body in space.
